- Reservations are required for prom group photos or other prom-related events with 15 or more people total (parents and photographers included).
- A maximum of 100 people for prom-related events are allowed in the Gardens at one time.
- The rear gates on Caroline Street are closed Thursday -Saturday between 5 pm and 7 pm.
- Limos are not allowed in Parking Lot C. Limos may drop off riders and park along Caroline Street.
