Hermann Park Conservancy is pleased to invite organizations to consider an exciting food and beverage opportunity at the Commons Café in Houston’s Hermann Park.
Welcoming approximately six million visitors annually, Hermann Park is one of Houston’s most beloved public destinations. Located within the Commons, the café serves a vibrant area featuring family play spaces, gathering areas, and recreational attractions.
We are seeking an experienced food and beverage operator to bring a creative, welcoming, and affordable café concept to this unique setting. The opportunity includes an existing, equipped café space, adjacent outdoor seating, and the potential to establish a long-term partnership with Hermann Park Conservancy.

Important Dates:
- Site Inspection: Monday, November 9, 9 –10 a.m. (advance registration required)
- Proposal Deadline: Monday, November 30, 2026, at 5 p.m.
